Kanj Technologies Journey - 20 Years in Business
From a back bedroom in London W6 to an international technology business, Kanj Technologies marks 20 years of growth, learning and helping organisations use technology more effectively.
A lot has changed since Kanj Technologies began in the back bedroom of Robin Kanjilal’s home in London W6 in 2006.
The company has grown from supporting its first clients in the UK to employing engineers internationally and operating across the UK, India and the UAE. Along the way, we have supported FTSE 50 organisations, achieved three internationally recognised ISO certifications and gained Investors in People accreditation.
Technology has changed considerably during those 20 years, and so has the role our clients need us to play. What began as traditional IT support has developed into broader advice and delivery across cloud infrastructure, cyber security, compliance, business continuity, data and AI.
What has remained consistent is the importance of understanding the business first. Technology works best when it supports what an organisation is trying to achieve, rather than becoming another problem for its leaders to manage.
In 2026, Kanj Technologies returned to London W6, close to where it all began. We return as a very different business, but with the same commitment to providing honest advice, dependable service and technology that works for the organisations we support.
